Our mission at Open Grounds is to offer high quality, whole-person care, to empower recovery, and improve quality of life for individuals living with chronic and complex conditions. Our occupational therapy specialty clinic is located in Marina Del Rey, CA and we specialize in manual and movement therapies including Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy for treatment for lymphedema, CVI, chronic pain conditions, post operative healing and recovery, and other conditions impacting the lymphatic system. We offer the LSVT BIG treatment program for Parkinson’s Disease, specialized occupational therapy interventions for post- stroke neurorehabilitation, treatment for complex pain and connective tissue disorders, and occupational therapy for sexuality and intimacy. At Open Grounds we consider both physical and mental health components of care, and we aim to improve quality of life for every individual.

Our OT services include both one-on-one occupational therapy treatments as well as group OT sessions to further enhance progress in recovery, and support long-term health and well-being.
