Our mission at Open Grounds is to offer high quality, whole-person care, to empower recovery, and improve quality of life for individuals living with chronic conditions and challenging diagnoses. Our Marina Del Rey clinic specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy for treatment for lymphedema, CVI, lipedema, chronic pain conditions, post operative healing and other conditions impacting the lymphatic system and we also offer the LSVT BIG program for Parkinson’s Disease. Our services include both one-on-one occupational therapy treatments as well as group OT sessions on special topics to further enhance progress in recovery, and support long-term health and well-being. Our team values a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care and at Open Grounds we see complexity as an opportunity for creativity and discovery of new strengths.
